Please use the ZADBN number generated during your online booking as reference for payment.

• Original Passport

• Hard copy of your passport

• Hard copy of your Proof of Payment

 

Please DO NOT book online if:

​

• An applicant is under 11 years old

• You have previously completed the UKTB screening process

• Your group is larger than 5 people
